Controlled Access to Research Data - Securely Stored - CARDS

In 2011 the CARDS project will be carried out within the framework of the SURF theme "Open Research - Access to Research Data". The project will involve five universities, along with DANS, 3TU.Datacentrum and SURFfoundation. This project will provide support to researchers from various scientific disciplines in the efficient management of their research data, particularly in the production phase of the research.

The implementation of the project is divided into five work packages. DANS is responsible for providing amongst others a Digital Information package. This package includes a.o. a Data Management Plan. To conclude the CARDS project, DANS will organize a symposium for researchers at the end of 2011. During the symposium amongst others the final version of the Digital Information package will be presented.
